Many thanks to all those that attended our 'Healthy Snacks for Fat Loss' class on Sat, March 31 - Mark, Janine, Phil, Jason, Lynn, Patsy, Victoria, Jeremy and Katie. We appreciate you taking the time out of your weekend to make the effort to attend. We sincerely hope you benefited from the class and walked away with some valuable info.

The Nutritional Cooking component of our business has been steadily growing over the last couple of years and we are excited about the progress. We attribute this growth to a few factors;

*people are realizing that cooking is a skill that needs to be learned
*participants are seeking healthy alternatives to traditional junk food
*modern lifestyle is busy and we are all seeking ways to be in and out of the kitchen quickly
*we are more aware of manipulative marketing techniques by food companies and want more options
*those seeking greater health, energy and focus realize that fitness in only 1 component and healthy eating and cooking must be learned for max results

I've got a knife and I'm not afraid to use it...


It was $25 for a child under 18, however we let this one sneak in free of charge...



Most of the recipes for this class were designed for nutritional value and to kill cravings for sweet, savoury, chocolate etc.
