Spring and Summer Boot Camp 2013

It's almost time for our annual Spring/Summer outdoor Boot Camp.

We are always excited to run this one!

We are the only Boot Camp that rotates through various locations to provide our participants with maximum variety and results.

Our Boot Camp features hills, stairs, trail running, medicine ball work, boxing, fitness games and more.

All workouts are designed to provide maximum fat burning, conditioning and muscle tone.

Here is the info;

Days/Times: Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm. (No Monday sessions on Holiday Weekends)

Dates: May 13 to August 26.

Number of Workouts: 28


28 Sessions: $319 plus HST = $360.47 (Payable in full or 3 x $120.16)

20 Sessions: $240 plus HST = $271.20(Payable in full or 3 x $90.40)

12 Sessions $155 plus HST = $175.15(Payable in full or 2 x $$87.58)

Gluten Free Pizza Made with Cauliflower

This is a simple recipe that can be used to make a healthier version of pizza.

  • 2 cups grated cauliflower
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, rosemary or favorite herb
  • toppings

  • preheat oven to 350
  • steam cauliflower until slightly soft (approx. 3-5 mins)
  • mix egg, cheese and spices
  • let cauliflower cool for a few minutes and add to mixture
  • spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • cook for 10 mins
  • remove and add toppings
  • bake for an additional 10 mins or to desired crispness
