We are back for another season of great outdoor workouts!


When? May 2nd to Sept 14th 2011 (50 sessions!)
Days and Time? Every Monday and Wednesday @ 7:15pm & Saturdays @ 9am
Where? Various Fields, Trails, Parks Etc.

Constant variety and different workouts!

Who is Boot Camp for?
Everyone! For anyone who wants to add fun and intense activity into their weekly health and fitness
routine. For beginners who would like to make fitness a part of their lifestyle. For friends looking for a fun and healthy activity to do together. For advanced people looking to train hard.

How Much?
Seasons Pass $399 for unlimited workouts. Join he dedicated Boot Campers who come out 2-3 days per week for a great workout.
Other Packages - Come any days that suit your schedule

Apple Spice Cocktail/Smoothie

This is a great healing seasonal cocktail using fresh fall apples. Pick them up from a local market along with some fresh ginger.
  • Three quarters cup Apple Juice
  • 3 Apples - peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 Piece (1/2 inch) gingerroot peeled and chopped
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Quarter cup cranberry sauce
In blender, combine apple juice, apples, gingerroot, cardamom, nutmeg and cranberry sauce. Process as directed until smooth. Serves 2

Recipe - North Shore Baked Salmon

1lb Salmon Filet (preferably wild)

  • One half cup white wine
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • one half yellow onion, sliced thin
  • 1 lemon sliced thin
Wash salmon and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Pour in white wine.
Sprinkle spices evenly over entire fish. Place onions on and around fish and top with lemon slices. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for forty five minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serves four.
