WINTER BOOT CAMP 2018
Sessions are held in our small, private studio in Bowmanville. Max 6 people per group.
Workouts are primarily based on fat burning with elements of overall and core strengthening, and muscle tone.
Days - Mon/Weds @ 7pm
Time - 7 to 8 pm.
Mondays - January 8 to March 26/18. (No session Feb 19) $150
Wednesdays - January 10 to March 28/18. $160
Both days $300
