The meat is free range and organic standards are followed. my contact is very knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions with regards to how the animals are treated, fed and exercised. Scott does not certify himself as organic but is a long standing member of the Canadian Organic Growers. He keeps his costs low by not certifying.
