Fall Outdoor Boot Camp

We're excited to be starting our Fall outdoor Boot Camp. We should have great Fall weather for some hard outdoor training. We've moved the sessions to an earlier time slot to adjust for the loss of daylight.

Take advantage of your new Fall schedule and work hard for 6 weeks!

Sessions are based on serious fat burning, core work, intervals, metabolic boosting and more!

Here are the details;

Dates: September 10 to October 22/12 (12 sessions - no session on Oct 8)

Days: Monday and Wednesdays

Time: 6:15pm to 7:15pm

Locations: Will vary to provide variety

Cost: $130 plus HST
