Whitby Corporate Boot Camp

Our corporate fitness programs have become a staple at businesses throughout Durham.

Simply put corporate fitness is a winning situation for everyone...

Participants train 2 x per week either on their lunch hour or directly after work. This eliminates the dreaded scheduling conflict. It is much easier to make exercise a priority when you do not need to go home first. We all need exercise to stay healthy, control weight and combat stress. Why not make it as convenient as possible?

Corporations benefit from having healthier and happier employees. Everyone wins.
